Stage 1: Online Application
The application seeks both personal details relating to your background and your education, as well as seeking answers to questions relating to our core competencies and why you want to be considered for the scheme.
Stage 2: Synergy Leadership Challenge
If your application in stage 1 is successful you will be invited to take place in our leadership challenge. This is an assessment centre held at our UK headquarters, at Rutherford House in Derby where you will be put through a series of challenges such as-
- Competency based interview
- Presentation on a topic of your choice
- Group strategy challenge
- Case study
The presentation you give on a topic of your choice will last 5-10 minutes and should be on something that really interests you. This could be professional or personal such as your favourite sport, pastime or your thoughts and reflections on something in the news that you feel passionate about.
During this interview you will be assessed by a range of senior managers who work across our global business.
We intend to hold a series of Leadership Challenges across 2015.
Stage 3: Final Interview
If successful following the leadership challenge, you will be invited to a final interview which typically lasts an hour. This interview is given to gain further insight into each candidate to assess your suitability for the programme.
If you are successful offers will be made within 2 weeks of interview.
